The Change Ready Project Playbook is designed to develop your skills and confidence so you can support people through change, or play an active part in the projects that affect you.

Learn the foundations of great business change

  • Option 1: For change professionals

    If you’re involved in a project which is delivering change in your business and want to improve your skills - this option is for you.

    You’ll get individual access to the Change Ready training portal, with self-paced learning modules which guide you through every step of the project.

    Everything is broken down into bite-sized activities to avoid overwhelm. You’ll gain clarity on what’s changing, who needs to be involved, how it will impact individuals, what support they need, who can help and how to get it all done.

    Apply what you learn straight away using the templates provided.

    And join weekly group calls to keep you on track, get answers to any questions you have and build your network with other change shapers.

  • Option 2: Bespoke for your business

    You’ll get all the great features of Option 1, but this time it will be tailored to your business.

    The online training portal and templates will include your branding and access is for your whole team (up to 10 people).

    We’ll work together to tailor the playbook to your team’s needs and your company’s project framework.

    This will give you the foundations you need for consistent ways of working across your team and business. Shared language, tools and templates.

    You’ll have more time to focus on supporting people through the change and the bigger picture - how change aligns with business strategy, gaining buy-in from senior leaders, planning and developing your team.
